Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped from France in 24H to 48H (outside of weekends and bank holidays). We have fixed delivery rates.

Paris :
Mondial Relay point relais - 3 to 5 days | 8€
Pick up : Should you live in Paris, you can chose to pick up at our showroom-appartment in the 11th arrondissement. Once you have placed your order we will be in touch by email to schedule a date and time.

EU : Depending on your country we will ship with
Mondial Relay or Colissimo - 3 to 5 days | 15€

We only ship to countries in the European Union for now due to high cost of duties and cost of transport of our voluminous pieces. Should you live in any other country please contact us and we’ll do our best to organize shipping (usually around 80 euros for US / JP / AU with Fedex) at maud.legosles@gmail.com 
Deliveries are carried out by various transporters, Monday to Saturday, depending on the country of delivery and best rate.
 
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the order form. You must therefore ensure its accuracy. Please ensure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.  

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. 
At this time we do not deliver certain countries, please make sure to select your delivery country to make sure we can ship your order.  

Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. 
  

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS  

CANCELLATION BY YOU 

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping & return. Please note, the cost of your return label - calculated on the return portal - will be deducted from your refund.

Please email us should you wish to return your order and precise the order number, first & last name :  maud.legosles@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.   

We are not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: 

• 7 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or  
• (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the products.  

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have both expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.  

If you live in Paris you can return in person, please contact maud.legosles@gmail.com to schedule a date and time. 

We cannot process exchanges at this time. Please return your order and place a new one.
