Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping & return. Please note, the cost of your return label - calculated on the return portal - will be deducted from your refund. Duties when we deliver DDP, will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.   

We are not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:  

• 7 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or  

• (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the products.  

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have both expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.  

If you live in Paris you can pick up or return in person, please contact maud.legosles@gmail.com to schedule a date and time. You can also select the courier option at checkout.

We cannot process exchanges at this time. Please return your order and place a new one.
